Bifrons

The Bifrons brewery was founded in 2013, after gaining a long experience in homebrewing with an initial self-built production plant that allows the activity to proceed by refining the various recipes.

In 2016, the laboratory was renovated to switch to a professional plant that guarantees an increase in production, quality and stability of the product. Therefore, with enthusiasm, we transferred all our experience and passion for beer into a professional activity.

This is a small family-run business, so we personally take care of every aspect of the business: from recipes, to production, to design, to selling to the consumer. This is a pride that we try to convey and make understood every day. In the microbrewery, the complete production cycle is carried out, from the grinding of the grain to the bottling.

Located in the historic center of Bibbiena, Bifrons, a small brewpub we run, opened in summer 2016. We keep our beers in rotation in 5 plugs, which you can also find in bottles.

To accompany them for dinner or as a simple snack, we offer local delicacies such as grilled potato tortelli pasta and Casentino grey pig ham (Slow Food Presidium), platters of cold cuts or cheese, crostoni (toasted bread), or sandwiches.

The cured meats we serve are supplied exclusively by the Le Selve di Vallolmo farm.
