Wellness in the forest 3 hours

We will stimulate and awaken our senses by walking through the woods, strolling among the majestic chestnut trees and immersing ourselves in the natural beauty of these places, listening in complete silence to the delicate and harmonious sounds of the forest.

During the walk, we practice Qi Gong exercises to regenerate, rebalance and release tension.
