DAY 1
Tour ‘Discovering Panno Casentino’, visit to the Museum of the art of wool and the Bucchio Mill
- 10:30 am Meeting in the square of the “Museum of the art of wool”. Guided tour and then an educational workshop, differentiated according to age. After the workshop, the visit continues to the section of the ancient bicycles, where there are ancient vehicles related to the professions. Visit to the Tessilnova laboratory and shop, where it is possible to see the current business cycle in its entirety.

DAY 2
Tour and educational workshop at the Stone Museum by Ecomuseo del Casentino
The tour will last about 7 hours, with a length of 4 km and a difference in height of 350 meters. The route is suitable for families with children and teenagers
- 10:00 am Visit to the Museum of Machined Stone, Strada in Casentino. Visit to the museum, where the guide will accompany you to the castle and show you how the stone is used in the area. stone sculpture workshop with the Scarpellini.
- 12:30 pm Free lunch, recommended: Arco Antico, I Vecchi Telai, Atlantic oil, Cocodè

DAY 3
Full Day “I Castelli” excursion: part one by Casentino Escursioni.
The path, with a difference in height of 450 meters and a length of 35 km, is simple and can be done both by mountain bike and e-bike. Suitable for ages 10 and up. The minimum number of participants required is 2 people.
- 10:00 am Meeting with the guide and departure from the “La Crocina” car park in Poppi, direction Quota village!
- 1:00 pm Lunch break. Recommended Osteria del Sasso a Quota or packed lunch in the bread and oil shop
- 3:00 pm After the break, we move to Raggiolo, following the road that passes from San Martino in Tremoleto and then continues along the cycle path. Visit to the delightful village of Raggiolo and resume the cycle path up to the Buiano intersection. Arrival at the Fregnan Winery where a tasting of local wines with a small buffet awaits you. Departure for Poppi, round trip in the historic center and return to the “la Crocina” car park.

DAY 4
“Ciccia” class with Marcello, Experience with tastingby Agriturismo Lucatello
- 10:00 am arrival at Lucatello farmhouse where Marcello introduces us to the cooking of meat, revealing his many knowledge and showing us how to do it, starting with a whole chicken of which nothing will be wasted. Lunch at KM 0.
- Free afternoon at the farm and relax

- 8:30 am Meeting at the organic Agriturismo Vecchia Quercia. The experience begins with an introduction to the cultivation of truffle plants, with a walk in the woods, accompanied by dogs to search for truffles
- 11:00 am From the wood you pass directly to the kitchen laboratory where fresh tagliatelle are prepared to be dressed with the fresh tubers just found. The activity includes a laboratory for the preparation of pasta with fresh truffles, cleaning and cutting of the truffle
- 1:00 pm Tasting of the product in the farmer’s restaurant and lunch
