Herbs and biodiversity – Ilaria Camprincoli
Between the garden and the woods, we learn from an agronomist the basics of how to recognize and safely use edible wild herbs.
An agronomist will be on hand to help you identify the numerous wild herbs that grow at La Buona Luna. You will be taken on a very easy and gentle walk along meadows, woods and gardens, through characteristic groups of houses, until you reach the shadow of a ghost castle. Books in hand, we will talk about how to use botanical keys, how to choose manuals and online resources, and what you need to know to recognize plants. Curiosities and suggestions on possible uses will accompany the discovery of each herb.
