In a fantastic and green corner of Tuscany that covers about 1270 hectares south-east of Florence there is a perfect area for hiking in the middle of nature, immerse yourself in the history and beauty of the area: The biogenetic reserve of Vallombrosa.The forest of white fir trees that stand out in the sky, give a feeling of infinity and sacred. The tour will start from the village of Consuma, easily reachable by car.We will walk along a path in the shade of the coniferous forest we will stop to admire the tallest tree in Italy, up to the village of Vallombrosa, an oasis of peace immersed in the soft profiles of the Florentine mountain. Quick snack in front of the Abbey of Vallombrosa and gradual return to the Consuma.
