Experience Tortello alla Lastra
An experience in the magnificent landscape of the Vallesanta valley, following the ancient paths of the Via Romea, surrounded by the Casentino forests and a reality that has stood the test of time.
The protagonist will be the Tortello alla Lastra of Corezzo, from the harvesting of the potato to its preparation in the transformation workshop of the village. We will appreciate the cooks’ engaging explanations and enjoy a unique atmosphere amidst genuine Tuscan smells and flavors. A one- or two-day event with an overnight stay at the rectory in Corezzo, mushroom menu and preparation workshop.
