La Campana d’oro
This farm produces its own distichous barley for malting, which it buys from the consortium of which it is a member, COBI, in order to carefully monitor its cultivation and beating.
The production, which is completely organic and traceable, is carried out avoiding chemical treatments. After malting, the barley is brought back to the farm and is crushed in the mill, but only shortly before the brewing process in order to maintain its aromatic properties and flavor.
The beers of Birrificio Agricolo La Campana D’oro have an unrepeatable taste because they are made with barley cultivated in the Casentino hills, and are good because they contain the taste of simple things without too many artifices.
