The flat is one of the stone-houses set in the Medioeval hamlet of Castagneto-Cetica (Castel S. Niccolò) on the slopes of Pratomagno Mountain among chestnut trees and the typical silence of Casentino valley with a view on the Tosco-Romagnolo Appennine. At the crossroads of several CAI paths that go upwards the Cross of Pratomagno by streets or excursion roads. It is one of the stages of the 100 km walking tour Florence-Vallombrosa-Secchieta-La Verna. Perfect for mountain-biking, e-biking, trekking, trail running, slow-walking, silence and peace lovers; the ideal place for the creatives to join  work, smartworking, On-line Teaching (Wifi Fiber connection) and Relax. Excellent for a total digital detoximmersed in the heart of nature and art.

Our goals

STAY GREEN: environment respect using wood, pellet and solar panels for heating and hot water; drinking spring water.

WASTE FREE: use of reusable plates, glasses, cutlery and kitchenware; recycling.

SMART-WORKING and Online Teaching:  Ideal place for all those who want to join work, smart-working, Online Teaching (Wifi- Fiber) and relax in an original, authentic vibe in the core of nature and art typical of Casentino Valley.

RECHARGING  WALK: at least 4 nights staying, in any time of the year, includes a 2-hour  walking discovering nature, history and  art along the village streets or reaching the Pratomagno Cross with its stupendous view (1592 m), following “Via dell’Acqua” (The Water Road) towards Bagni di Cetica (Cetica Baths) 5 km far.
