Weekend with the Mycologist

An experience with a mycologist in the magnificent landscape of the Vallesanta, following the ancient paths of the Via Romea embraced by the Casentino Forests and breathing in a reality that has stood the test of time. The protagonist will be the mushroom, from harvesting to preparation. We will appreciate the engaging explanations of the mycologist and enjoy a unique atmosphere amidst the genuine smells and flavors of Tuscany. A one- or two-day event with an overnight stay at the rectory in Corezzo, a mushroom-based menu and preparation workshop.
