Forest bathing

We learn to walk through the forest mindfully and silently, immersing ourselves in it and putting in the game with our body. It is an authentic, relaxing, regenerating and purifying bath.

We become strongly connected with nature through simple tactile and olfactory experiences. The smells (leaves, earth, plant essences) lower the production of cortisol and raise the production of endorphins.

Suitable for both adults and children.

Details: We meet at 10 a.m. at the Holiday farm or at the National Park offices in Pratovecchio, we drive to the trailhead, and we hike for 4 hours until about 3 p.m. (with packed lunch).

Prices: Starting from 150 euro, min 3 – max 8/10 people. Price per person 50 euros.
