The Wolf’s Trail in Moggiona

The wolf trail in Moggiona, in the province of Arezzo, is made up of three stages. A wildlife trail in the woods near the village, leads to a reconstructed wolf den and a small wildlife observatory. A didactic-exhibition space touches various themes, such as the traditional imagery, the historical presence, the return, the monitoring techniques, the different points of view and the possible strategies of coexistence between man and wolf. There are also interactive videos and sound effects and an outdoor play area dedicated to this mythical predator (summer 2021). The wildlife trail in the woods is not suitable for pushchairs.
