Cooking class of the farmer: all the secrets of pasta
All the secrets for preparing a good pasta dish, cooked to the right point – either traditional Italian or with a creative touch. We will prepare a lunch/tasting together using our organic products. An example: organic spelt pasta dressed with wild flowers and herbs, which we will first learn to recognize and pick together. Then, we’ll visit the mill/laboratory where the spelt flour is ground, with which we’ll prepare a rustic cake… and at the end, lunch is served!
