The Taste of the Guidi

It is to the noble family of Counts Guidi that Poppi dedicates its most important event: a fundamental appointment for all lovers of wine and food and wine. Organized by the Proloco Centro Storico di Poppi with the patronage of the Municipality and the collaboration of numerous volunteers, this event combines excellent productions and enhancement of the territory: during the last weekend of August, the village comes to life by opening its cellars to patrons who, equipped with a glass around their necks, will enter it through the alleys of the village in order to taste the best wines that the region has to offer.

In addition, they can participate in seminars, enjoy tasty dishes of local gastronomy or have fun with the music and entertainment shows organized for the occasion. A real festival for everyone.
